Fraudulent or misleading inputs will result in service termination without refund.

  • Defames or misrepresents our company publicly

  • Breaches the signed service agreement or terms of engagement

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, governed by Indian laws.

12. Code of Conduct

Clients and users of our services must:

  • Maintain professional and respectful communication

  • Avoid defamatory or false public statements (as per the IT Act, 2000 and Indian defamation laws)

  • Not misuse our platform, data, or branding in any form

Violations may lead to legal and/or service-related action.

13. Force Majeure

Touchpoint Global Services is not liable for service disruptions due to:

  • Government restrictions or legal notices

  • Political unrest or civil emergencies

No services will be delivered unless these terms are accepted.
