Before Service Initiation

If a client requests cancellation before any project work, consultation, onboarding, or service activity has commenced, the client may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total service fee, subject to administrative and processing charges.

After Service Initiation

Once any service has been initiated, including but not limited to consultation, project planning, documentation, customer support setup, digital transformation activities, compliance support, training, implementation, or any related work, no refund shall be applicable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 60 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or any mutually agreed payment channel.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • The effective cancellation date shall be the date on which the written request is received and acknowledged by TouchPoint Global Services.

  • Any third-party fees, government charges, software licensing fees, platform subscriptions, audit fees, registration fees, or external service costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed based on the stage of project execution and resources already allocated.

  • TouchPoint Global Services reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
